Crouzet Motors Technology
DC Mind Brush Motors
DC Mind brush motors are designed for efficient, reliable, and silent operation, and they boast an extraordinarily long working life of 4000 to 5000 hours.
- Motors O 42: Crouzet’s direct drive 42mm diameter brush motor offers highly efficient operation, using only 15 to 35 W and providing a torque of 50 to 110.
- Motors O 63: The 63mm model provides added torque (180/290 mNm) and a slightly longer service life of 5000 hours.
- Geared Motors O 42 and 63: Both of these DC brush motors come as geared drives as well as direct drives. Worm and planetary gearboxes are available for motors O 42 and 63.
DC Mind Brushless Motors
In addition to their line of brush motors, Crouzet’s high quality product line also includes brushless motors. These motors include various functions for controlling positioning, speed, and torque, and boast a great deal of power and precision.
- Motors TNi21: Designed for speed and torque control, the motor TNi21 features 4 inputs, 3 outputs, 4 quadrants, and a 2x10-bit analog. It also adheres to standard IP65.
- Motors SMi21: The SMi21 is optimized for motion control with 6 inputs (2 are 10-bit analog), 4 outputs, and numerous input options, whether you’re using it on its own, with a PLC, or as part of a combination system. The software setup is intuitive, and it uses sinusoidal vector control.
- Geared Motors TNi21: TNi21 motors can be used either as a direct drive or in conjunction with a planetary gearbox.
- Geared Motors SMi21: As with their other models, Crouzet’s SMi21 brushless motor can be combined with a planetary gearbox.
