Tempco Process Heating Products & Temperature Controls
Tempco offers a wide range of temperature controls from 1/32, 1/16,1/8 and 1/4 DIN c
ontroller sizes. In addition they offer high limit controllers with FM approval. The TEC line of controls offers a complete thermal loop system.
The TEC-220 is a 1/32DIN temperature controller with Fuzzy Logic PID heat and control built in. It offers an extremely short panel depth of only 3-7/8” and will handle any universal input given. Also it will accept 90-250VAC or 11-26VDC incoming excitation voltage. Bump less transfer allows operators to switch between manual and automatic control without great process fluctuations. Optional RS-485 or RS-232 will enable it to be connected to any DCS system.
The same features of the TEC 220 are also available in TEC-2500 with optional alarm outputs including heater break. Also signal retransmission feature allows operators to view process values remotely. Similar features are carried throughout the Tempco process heater line. Customer get to choose from single line displays to double line displays. For cost sensitive applications a temperature potentiometer is offered without any display for smooth control operation.
